Often we think of the Great Commision as evangelizing, sharing the Gospel, and helping people to learn and grow. And yet, it is remarkable that few really think about leadership development when they think about the Great Commission.
But, if the church is not training leaders, there is no way for the Church to multiply. Therefore, training leadership is essential if a church is to truly carry out the Great Commision. And yet, very few churches actually provide any training for the men who will become the pastors, elders, and missionaries of a church.
In this video, Rocky Wyatt, Executive Director of XL Ministries lays out the passion and mission of XL Ministries by
Reminding churches of their great privilege and responsibility to train men
Explaining how XL Ministries partners with local churches to train men at no cost to the church
Making available a number of complimentary resources for churches to carry out the biblical mandate to train the next generation of pastors, elders, and missionaries
