As leaders in Christ’s church, we spend many hours studying and preaching God’s Word. Based on such extensive experience it is easy to grow content with the exercise of our giftedness. But Paul told Timothy that our progress in reading, teaching, and applying God’s Word should be evident to all who hear us.
At this year's conference we will address the foundational issues of preaching and teaching God’s Word, including all aspects of sermon preparation. We’ll consider the biblical foundation of expository preaching, the practical process of exegesis, the construction of an expository sermon, and the five keys to crossing the contextual bridge.
