The Excellence in Leadership Conference has always focused on the responsibility that the local church has in training its own leadership. XL Ministries wants to empower the local church to do just that. This
year, we’ll be focusing on evaluating potential elders, the value of self-evaluation, and shepherding a church towards biblical eldership. Joining us to focus on these topics will be Pastor Tom Pennington from Countryside Bible Church in Southlake, Texas, Rocky Wyatt, Executive Director of XL Ministries, and Pastor Chris Riser from Grace Community Church in Maryville, Tennessee.
