Deeds done in darkness continue to come to light for high profile leaders in the NAR movement. The latest is the resignation of Chris Reed from his position as CEO and senior leader of Morningstar Ministries. Reed was “appointed and anointed” to be Rick Joyner’s successor. Reed is a self proclaimed prophet and close friend of Mike Bickle who came to Morningstar in 2021 to assume leadership. He initiated an affair with a female student at the ministry’s school very soon after his arrival. Joyner was made aware and helped to make the problem go away quietly. Now that the young lady has courageously come forward 3 years later, Joyner claims he has been blindsided by the situation. Daniel and Robin tell the story and recall the other instances in which Joyner has covered for the worst predators in the church.
