Justin Turner is the Youth Pastor at Countryside Bible Church. As an intern, Justin had the opportunity to do ministry in “real-time” while having the benefit of being guided by a wise pastor. Now, Justin has the opportunity to train and mentor other men for ministry. In this video, he shares how the XL Internship helped and benefited him in becoming a pastor but also what mentoring current interns looks like.
