Raising up elders isn’t something mystical—it requires intentional discipleship and careful evaluation of qualified men. A 12-month training program exists to help churches prepare elders by focusing on biblical qualifications, leadership responsibilities, and theology. The heart behind this effort is the belief that a church cannot grow beyond the spiritual maturity of its leaders.
