While this claim is offensive to many people, Alistair Begg explains, we cannot set aside this central pillar of theology. Without Christ as the cornerstone, Christianity collapses into merely a set of values or, at best, a guide for moral living. Jesus’ death and resurrection, though, is the good news of salvation for all who will come to Him and respond in faith.
