Vikram Pimplekar shares his journey from being an intern to mentoring
others in biblical leadership. Growing up in India, he saw the great need for trained pastors and
elders, which led him to pursue ministry in the U.S. Now, he has the opportunity to return to
India and equip churches with the resources and training provided by XL Ministries. Through
firsthand experience, he highlights the impact of this program and its value in strengthening
church leadership worldwide.
