Hi, I'm really excited about this platform and applied for a month to check it out. However, I don't seem to be able to find any subtitles anywhere. Is there a way to have this activated or will this be done added soon? Thanks!

The main AG films have subtitles in multiple languages (they haven't been applied to the chaptered versions yet). We didn't receive subtitles for every licensed film (for example, the Life Explored series has subtitles embedded in the videos, instead of a caption file that can be turned on and off, so new videos need to uploaded for those to be accessed.) Subtitles can be switched on and off near the bottom of the player using the rectangle with 3 dots inside of it (if you don't see it, it doesn't have subtitles... yet). Is there anything specific you want subtitles for?
Hello, the subtitles on AG are available when purchased? Because now is available the AG movies but without subtitles.
Hi Brandon, thanks for your response. I was looking for subtitles in Dutch for the American Gospel: Christ Alone and Christ Crucified. I don't have the options available in the settings of the videos and I don't see the 3 dotted rectangle at all. Does that mean the video doesn't allow for any subtitles?
I just checked- they were available on Christ Crucified, but not Christ Alone. I just added them to "Christ Alone," so now they should be available on both films in Dutch. What platform are you using? The 3 dotted rectangle can be seen in the mobile app (at least iPhone). For web, I just checked it appears that not all of subtitles are appearing as they do in the mobile app. I'm going to contact our support team and see if they can fix!

I'm desperate to show my french co workers these films as they totaly dont know the gospel even though they claim to be Christian.. is there any gospel tracts out there with the same clear message?
