Maybe I'm just not understanding how this works, but if I stop a video when I go back to watch it it always resumes from the beginning. It can't be that I'm not able to resume from where I left of. Is there a setting somewhere? I'm using a Roku but can't imagine that that matters.

It always resumes for me where I left off. I will try using the app on my Roku and see if it still works for me.

Yes, I'm signed in. I should mention that it's happening on two different Rokus (the 4K and the regular non-4k one.) On iOS I'm able to pause, close the app and resume on Roku, but pausing and resuming is just not working on Roku for me. On Roku, if I pause and close and go back (back to the Roku) it starts at the beginning.

Kind of has no meaning for me that I can't pause and resume, but odd if I'm the only one with this issue. All devices are running the latest firmware.

Thanks for your response. I sent an email to Support and they replied that they're aware of the problem and are working on a fix.

I was just about to tell you to contact tech-support. I tried to re-create it on my end and it would always work so I hope they help you

Support said that they're working on this but it's still not working. This is frustrating. This is a half-baked product.
