When I was watching Spirit & Truth last night, I noticed that most of the time, either the subtitles are too late or too advanced. It was only during the middle part of the video that the subtitles were in sync. Also, it takes time for the video to achieve the 1080p resolution. I use an ethernet connection and fiber internet with 400/360 Mbps speed.
I hope you may help me with the issues that I experienced.

Thanks so much! I would also like to report the resolution or the size of the videos. My former small group leader shared a video that he purchased from your Vimeo site. And I can perfectly watch it using VLC on full screen, even though the video file's resolution is 1080p, and my monitor resolution is 3440 x 1440. However, when I watched the video that I mentioned six days ago, Spirit & Truth, even though I think it's 1080p, 16:9 format but it is not full screen. It is like a rectangular video only occupying 50-70% of the screen. I hope such an issue will be fixed as well too.
As far as the aspect ratio of Spirit & Truth, what you're describing is the intended aspect ratio of the filmmaker. It's a 16:9 frame, but it's presented in a cinematic 2:35:1 aspect ratio (meaning the black bars on the top and bottom are supposed to be there, and the graphics, etc. are framed to fit within that framing). Many films do this to create a more cinematic look. There's no way to fix, other than stretching the image, but that would make everything distorted. Does that make sense?
