I am showing locked videos that show start free trial when I go to view them, even though I have an account. Anyone experiencing this or have a solution?

I am also experiencing this issue. It is very frustrating. I watch a single episode of a series then the screen says that my trial is over and I need to subscribe for a month or a year. I am currently billed monthly through Apple Apps. This happens on my iPhones, iPad, Android Tablets, and Amazon FireTV. I can access content on my Linux Desktop in Chrome Browser. I would expect that it would at least work in the Apple ecosystem, but it doesn't.

I ended up getting it fixed after I logged out and deleted the apps and reinstalled. Hope this helps. Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone from AGTV is monitoring these questions.
