Hi, I have been a subscriber for 3 years, and have a current subscription, paid up to Feb 2026. However, I cannot watch any content. If I try to watch a video, I get a message saying I can watch the video on AGTV, or to start a free trial.
Further, the android app is no longer available for download, in Aus at least.

I'm sorry about these issues! Back in June we discovered that our Android apps were taken down because we missed a deadline to update paperwork with Google (we never saw notifications for it). We've done everything we can to get the information back up to date on our end, but are now waiting on Google to reestablish the apps (it's been over a month of waiting). Unfortunately, they've been having some issues, and we're trying to get in touch with an actual human at Google to get this fixed.
Once this issue is fixed, please email me at [email protected], and we'll give you another free annual subscription to make up for the lost time that you paid for.
Any update on this? My subscription is through Google Play and it won't recognize my subscription in the Android app or through watchagtv.com.
