I would like to cancel my AGTV subscription. Even though, I have zero active subscriptions through Google, they insist that I cancel through Google.

My email receipt says that my order was from VHX.tv. I have an order number. This is the Vimeo website and they also send me to Google.

I would appreciate any help. Is there someone from AGTV that I could speak with. This seems needlessly difficult

Hi David. Please send me an email to [email protected] and I'll pass along your info to the Vimeo Support team to help you. Usually you should be able to go to "Manage Subscription" in the settings, -> Billing and Subscriptions -> Manage Subscriptions -> Cancel Subscription.
